I love shopping on their site, as of lately I used to collect the daily check in points and all of a sudden mine is gone. I contacted their customer support, and it seems their is nothing they can do to help me. So now I am missing out on all the extra points to collect to go towards any future orders. This is a disappointment not sure if I will order anything more

Nice app to buy hair accessories, summer dresses, Keychains, little earrings, and random knickknacks. The prices are really good compared to other stores. For example a set of hairclips here could be 4$ and at the store its like 12$. It has really good deals. Only thing is the total in your cart changes when you're about to confirm purchase. It rises a few $ above what was expected but nothing major. I just hope they fix that.

Love this app! They have all the same stuff as temu and 95% of the stuff Amazon has but for less than Amazon! Way less. You still have to be careful and read product info, product descriptions, reviews, etc to check the item out and the standard shipping is 7-10 days but if you don't need the item right away, why not pay half the price for the same item?! I have bought over 150 items including clothes, home decor, home Improve., pet supplies, and more! Get this app!

The app has a daily check-in where you can collect and earn points to redeem on purchases. I don't know when the update happened, but I've noticed that my points have been lowering instead of rising. They added a thing where the points expire and it is ridiculous! I do not order often, but I do order! I wish it would go back to how it was before!

Price Adjustment option doesn't work. Even when I see that the item is cheaper than when I bought it, it says price is not lower. This has happened on more than 1 item. Also, Should have the option to edit review to add more information or pictures later on. Why not have a timer for how long you can add items to an existing order for free shipping? I was still browsing when I saw other deals and then all of a sudden I don't have the option anymore.

Shein works very well for shoppers. My experience has been good. Sizes seem to differ from product to product on clothes, but it's easy to return free and send for a different size. Prices are extremely competitive, though some of the materials used on some clothing seem a bit lightweight. On the other hand the products I have had seem well made and durable. There is a world of shopping to explore on the Shein site.

(Edit. I have to take the 5 star rating away. The clothes are becoming very cheap, and the sizing is way off. Please, for plus size, use some real models! A tunic with 60 inch bust shouldn't have a 45 inch hip! Fix your sizing, I'll buy more product.) My overall experience is 5 star. Rather spammy with offers, and some product can be cheap in quality, but over all good service, and I've snagged some great, plus-sized clothing!

Made 2 Shein returns at forever 21 but only 1 registered so I never got a refund for the 2nd item. Tried to get help and kept getting told "go back to forever 21 and get the item back" but they had already mailed it out. I kept getting the same response from Shein repeatedly so I gave up. I also can't check-in anymore for some reason. It just says *get more* every day. And the mini games are a scam. The game expires before you can reach 100% feeding the dog unless you purchase.

Its a good app, has many options from clothes to objects. Basically anything you can think of, they have. Shein is very cheap but however the shipping is very confusing. On shein, it says my big package has been out for delivery over 24 hours. On DHL it says its been in a city three hours from me for 2 days straight. I don't understand why shein is saying my package should be out for delivery in the mail soon, when its not even close to me. Over all its okay, but this needs fixed ASAP.

The check-in option isn't working. I don't know if I'm the only one this is happening to, but I can no longer check in daily to get points. I don't know if their app is having a malfunction, but not being able to use that feature is so disappointing. I hope you guys will fix this issue as soon as possible. Other than that, i really do enjoy shopping on shein.

I purchase once from shein, six items to be exact, the slippers are lovely, and are true to size, but the pants was way too big, even though the size chart shows my waist size, I ordered a 3x when a 1x seems it would fit; and a lot of people complaining about it. So I'm scared of buying clothes on shein and if I do ill by buying one piece at a time in case it dosen't fit! You can buy things off of it it has its shipping is honestly great I haven't had a bad experience from it the refunds are easy they're not fast but they're still easy I've never had a bad experience with shein I honestly do recommend this app. The things that you can get off of that are really great but even if you get a bad item don't blame it on the app because it's the settlers fault sometimes I do get terrible items off of this app but it's the person's fault. Read the reviews.

I spin something for a free gift it lands on free gift so I spin and win right? Nope now I have to feed a dog to get it or collect Diamonds. It's always something it's never a simple spin and win like it says. I mean why even do it? Most of the things I have ordered have been nice but the other stuff It's just an irritating gimmick to get you to open the app. Smh. Basically always faults advertising.

I used to love shein as they had so many coupons and I could buy stuff pretty cheap. Since they've updated the app, everything is pay pay pay. Pay to earn coupons, and the coupons you do get are only valid on select items you don't want. I may as well buy from American owned stores at this point, Shein has completely gone downhill, and I will probably be deleting the app soon. :(

Amazing selection of affordable items, true to description and really fast check out and shipping options. Lots of coupons for so many items and individual shops, and the app "nudges" the user periodically - reminding of items remaining in cart or coupons expiring soon. Highly recommend checking it out!

I'm not sure if this is a legit company. I haven't been able to buy anything yet because they pull you in with sales and coupons, and they tell you whether or not a coupon works, but as soon as you go to check out, suddenly half of what you got isn't on sale anymore, or it's only like 5% off when, up until that moment, it had been 30% off, and suddenly coupons don't work on half of what you got, even though when you go check again, it says they should.

My account was suspended without clear cause. I've been buying from Shein for years, and I disputed ONE item for not arriving. I've never requested a refund before until now, and I make all my payments up front without use of after pay. Customer service was terrible and not helpful. it's just bizarre being told to shop elsewhere after years of shopping Herr because I requested a refund for one item. Why not just deny the request? I never received the item I disputed either! Ridiculous.

I have been a faithful Temu shopper for years. I thought I'd try sheen. The first order was great. I received my second order today and realized they charged me for two napkin holder separately when I only ordered one. When I went to return the order they want me to package it up get a packing sticker and ship it back. The holder was only $3.80. By the time I get done running around and to the post-office I'd spent 3.80. Temu would have just said to keep the product. Return policy sucks.

Beware of scams. Promotional items cannot be returned, even if defective or ill fitting. For example items on sale, which are most items found on the website. Before you could return most items except bathing suits or lingerie, which is reasonable. Onr item out of 8 is refundable in my current order of skirts. Most items have prop 65 warnings due to the chemicals on the fabrics which can cause reproductive harm and cancer.

Refunds, returns and exchanges are extremely easy and sweet, free of charge (restrictions and exclusions exist). Safe-secured Payment. I strongly recommend it. You can cancel orders before being shipped, exchange items or size, modify the address or shipping method after submitting order. The delivery agents are great too.
